UAE IFFCO Fleet Case Study
Background
IFFCO, the UAE's largest industrial conglomerate, tested Greentech D51 devices on 6 heavy commercial vehicles in their transport fleet. The trial was designed to measure fuel consumption changes and emission improvements under normal operating conditions.
Results
7.4% average fuel savings across all 6 vehicles. Up to 97% emission reduction measured. Investment payback achieved in just 30 days. Return on investment calculated at 1,152%. Fleet maintenance manager recommended deployment across entire fleet.
India KSRTC Government Bus Fleet
Background
Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) deployed Greentech on 10 government buses — a mix of BS-II TATA and BS-III Leyland models. The objective was to reduce emissions and potentially extend the service life of older, high-emission buses.
Results
Emission reductions ranged from 25% to 85% on nine of the ten buses; one bus could not be measured because of a vehicle fault. Multiple BS-II buses were verified to meet BS-IV emission norms after Greentech installation — without any engine modification. The program was independently verified by Veritas Enterprises.
