Why a site survey comes first
The gas has to pass the enhancer at a steady flow, with enough contact time. A module that does not match the pipe diameter and the flow can cause a pressure drop or restrict the line — so every installation is sized on site and fitted by a trained installer.

You switched to gas to save. There is another layer to take.
The vehicle set is two gas enhancers, fitted into the vehicle's gas line.

How vehicles are fitted
At an LPG / CNG conversion workshop
The workshop fits both enhancers into the vehicle's gas line. No change to the engine, no wiring, nothing to service.
Labour costs vary by area, so ask the workshop for a price first.

Questions
Where does it go? Do we change the burner?
On the gas line: a main-line module before the burner's gas train and, on lines with many burners, a booster on the feed to each burner. The burner, its controls and its settings stay as they are.
Which gases and equipment does it work on?
LPG, piped natural gas (PNG) and CNG. In plants: furnaces, kilns, dryers, ovens, boilers and burners, from a powder-coating curing oven to a 1,000°C hardening furnace. On the road: LPG and CNG vehicles, with the vehicle set.
How many modules does one furnace need?
It depends on the pipe diameter, the gas flow and the number of burners. MSM Spring India runs one large module plus nine boosters; Indo Shell Cast started with two burner modules and then ordered a bigger one for its main burner. Send us the burner, the pipe size and the monthly gas use, and we will specify it.
Do we have to stop the line?
Only for the fitting itself, which is scheduled into a planned stop. Nothing changes on the burner, so it restarts on its usual settings.
How do we measure the saving?
On your own gas meter, against what the burner produces: kg of LPG per tonne, kcal per kg of product, or m³ per batch. Compare equal production periods before and after fitting. We provide a measurement template.
Does it need servicing? How long does it last?
No servicing and no consumables, for about ten years. Metsmith's signed certificate records 1.5 years without any parts or service.
Can LPG forklifts or vehicles use it?
LPG and CNG vehicles use the vehicle set, fitted into the gas line by an LPG / CNG workshop. Forklifts on swappable LPG cylinders are outside this product's scope; diesel forklifts take the D10 or D20 in the fuel tank. LPG & CNG vehicles →
