01 · Product & technology
What it is and how it works
What is the Greentech Fuel Saver?
A patented, passive fuel enhancer that sits in the fuel tank. Proprietary Greentech Fuel Enhancing Technology helps the fuel atomize finer and burn more completely — so the engine gets more work from every litre and leaves less unburned residue. No electronics, no chemicals, no engine modification. Designed and manufactured in Taiwan, with Taiwan and U.S. invention patents.
How does it work?
Fuel that circulates around the device is conditioned physically: molecule clusters break down, the fuel atomizes better at the injectors and combustion is more complete. More complete combustion means more energy per litre, less carbon build-up and lower emissions of carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons. The measured results behind this are on our Proof & Results page.
Will it harm my engine or affect the vehicle warranty?
No. The device is passive — it adds nothing to the fuel and modifies nothing in the engine, fuel lines or electronics, and its materials have been tested by SGS. Because nothing on the vehicle is altered, installing or removing it leaves the vehicle exactly as it was.
Which fuels and vehicles does it cover?
Gasoline, diesel, LPG/CNG burner systems and marine diesel — 13 models sized by fuel type and tank capacity, from scooters, cars and outboard boats to Class 8 trucks, generators, factory burners and ships. See the full model range.
How long does the device last?
The service life is 10 years with no maintenance — install it once and leave it in the tank. Each unit also carries a 12-month warranty from serial-number registration.
Does it work on hybrid or turbocharged engines?
Yes. It works with any internal-combustion engine fed from a fuel tank — including hybrids (on the combustion side), turbocharged and direct-injection engines. It does not apply to pure battery EVs.
02 · Choosing & installing
Finding your model and putting it in
Which model do I need?
Match your fuel type and tank size: G-Ball and D-Ball for tanks up to 20 L, G10A up to 60 L, G10 / G11 / D10 up to 100 L, D20 / D21 up to 200 L, D50 / D51 up to 500 L, LPG/CNG for burner systems. Boats: gasoline boats take G-Ball, G10A or G10 by tank size; diesel tanks under 10,000 L take one D50 per 500 L (2,000 L = four); from 10,000 L per tank, one MFS-T10000 per 10,000 L, placed inside the tank. The Product Selector walks you through it in a few clicks. Boat tank calculator →
How do I install it?
Motorcycles, scooters, small engines and small boats: open the fuel filler and drop the device into the tank — about five minutes. Passenger cars, gasoline or diesel: fitted at a workshop, which drains the tank and places the device through the fuel-pump opening or where the filler pipe joins the tank; labour costs vary by area, so ask the workshop first. Heavy-duty vehicles, LPG/CNG pipelines and vessels are positioned by an installer.
Do I need a mechanic?
For passenger cars, yes: a workshop drains the tank and places the device through the fuel-pump opening or where the filler pipe joins the tank. Motorcycles and small machinery take it straight through the filler. Small boats take it through the fuel fill or the tank's inspection hatch. For trucks with baffled tanks, LPG/CNG burner systems and ships fitted with the Marine Fuel Saver, your distributor or a trained installer handles placement.
Can I use it on a boat?
Yes, boats save fuel too. Gasoline boats: G-Ball for a portable tank up to 20 L (outboards, jet skis), G10A for a built-in tank up to 60 L, G10 up to 100 L, dropped in through the fuel fill. Diesel boats: one D50 per 500 L of each tank (a 2,000 L tank takes four), through the filler or the inspection hatch; a generator with its own day tank gets its own unit. From 10,000 L per tank, ships take one MFS-T10000 per 10,000 L after a pre-installation survey. More complete combustion raises engine speed and output, so ask the engine maker first whether the engine has room for it. Size your boat's tanks →
What is the Air Refiner included with G11, D21 and D51?
A companion unit fitted at the air intake that complements the in-tank fuel enhancer. The two together make up the complete set for each vehicle class — the enhancer conditions the fuel, the Air Refiner conditions the intake air.
03 · Results & measurement
What to expect and how to prove it
How much fuel can I expect to save?
Documented results across our public tests range from roughly 5% to 25%, depending on engine age, condition, duty cycle and how the measurement is run. Each vehicle is measured against its own original fuel use, so a vehicle that already runs efficiently shows a smaller percentage for the same fuel saved. Engines with heavy carbon build-up often improve the most. Every figure we publish is tied to a named test on Proof & Results.
What happens to emissions?
Lower unburned-fuel emissions are the most consistent finding. In the KSRTC government fleet test in Karnataka, India, nine of the ten buses passed smoke testing with reductions of up to 85%. In Vietnam’s official Can Tho inspection (2025), carbon monoxide fell 93.6% on a motorcycle and to zero on a car. The reports are on Proof & Results.
How soon will I see results?
The effect starts from installation. For a fair reading, run at least two or three full tanks on comparable routes before comparing — engines with existing carbon build-up typically continue to improve over the first weeks.
Why do results vary between vehicles?
Because baselines vary: engine wear, carbon build-up, tuning, load, terrain and driving style each move fuel economy by several percent on their own. That is why we recommend a controlled before/after comparison on comparable routes rather than judging from a single tank.
How should a fleet measure the result?
Use paired vehicles or matched periods, keep routes and loads consistent, and log fuel over two to four weeks — the same approach as the SAE J1321 protocol used in our U.S. test. We supply a measurement template with fleet orders. Get a fleet quote.
04 · Warranty & authenticity
Registration, serial numbers, support
What warranty comes with the product?
Every unit carries a 12-month warranty from serial-number registration, on top of its 10-year service life. The warranty covers the unit itself: if something goes wrong with it after installation — for example, a part comes off — we replace it with a new one. Fuel use changes from day to day with working hours, routes and loads, so it is not part of the warranty; to see your saving, log fuel use for a few weeks before and after installation. If a registered unit has a problem, contact your distributor or partner@greentech.tw with the serial number.
How do I register my serial number?
Enter it on our Product Registration page. Registration starts the 12-month warranty and ties the unit to you.
How do I know my unit is genuine?
Every genuine unit is serialized in our registry — more than 58,000 units issued to date. Buy through the official shop or an authorized distributor, and you can verify a distributor before ordering.
What if I do not measure any saving?
First check that the model matches your fuel type and tank size, then re-run the comparison across comparable routes — single-tank readings swing several percent by themselves. If it still does not show, send your measurement data and serial number to partner@greentech.tw and we will help diagnose it.
05 · Buying & partnership
Orders, fleets and distribution
Where can I buy it?
Through our online shop or an authorized distributor in your market — the current list is on the distributor page. Fleets and factories can write to order@greentech.tw for a volume quote.
Do you offer fleet or project pricing?
Yes. Fleet, government and factory deployments are quoted per project, often starting with a first order on part of the fleet. Get a fleet quote to start.
How do I become a distributor?
We appoint distributors on capability, not order size. Apply with the capability questionnaire, have a qualification call within 48 hours, then start as a Starter Partner in one product line, with a sample pack and two documented cases. Product lines, tiers and Partner Protection rules are on the Partnership Models page; the application form is here.
