Which boats, which tank
Pontoon boats
Built-in tanks of 40–120 L. Up to 60 L a G10A, up to 100 L a G10; over 100 L, a made-to-order size.
Runabouts and bowriders
Sterndrive and outboard runabouts with 60–100 L tanks take one G10. Twin tanks take one each.
Small cabin cruisers
Tanks above 100 L: ask us for a made-to-order unit sized to the tank. Diesel cruisers take D50s, one per 500 L.
Boats save fuel too. More complete combustion raises engine speed and output, so ask the engine maker first whether the engine has room for it.

How it goes in
- Engine off. Open the deck fuel fill.
- Slide the G10A or G10 down the fill; a standard 1.5-inch (38 mm) fill passes it. If the fill has a screen or a flap, use the tank's sender or inspection hatch instead. Never force it.
- Close the fill and refuel as usual. It stays in the tank for about ten years.
Fuel is flammable. Engine off before you open the tank. No smoking near the tank, no sparks or open flame; work in a ventilated space and wipe up any spill. If in doubt, have a marine technician or a Greentech authorised installer put it in.
- Water at the bottom of the tank or E10 gasoline is no problem for the casing.
- It stays in the tank for about ten years. Nothing to replace, no maintenance.
- The enhancer must be in contact with the fuel, so it always goes inside the tank, never on the fuel line.
Questions
Will it pass my fuel fill?
A standard 1.5-inch fill passes the G10A and the G10. Fills with an anti-siphon flap or a screen: open the sender plate or inspection hatch on top of the tank and put it in there. Do not force it down the fill.
Two tanks, port and starboard?
One unit per tank, each sized to its own tank. A 50 L and a 90 L tank take a G10A and a G10.
My tank is 150 L.
Ask us for a made-to-order unit sized to the tank; gasoline tanks over 100 L are not covered by the stock G10.
Ethanol blends and water in the tank?
E10 gasoline and water at the bottom of the tank are no problem for the casing.
Will the engine run differently?
More complete combustion raises engine speed and output, so ask the engine maker first whether the engine has room for it. The engine, fuel system and electrics are not modified.
