January 8, 2025INDO SHELL CAST, a leader in India’s precision casting industry, provides high-quality products to global sectors such as automotive, aerospace,…- September 25, 2024企業明年起開始繳碳費，但你知道什麼是碳權、碳費、碳稅嗎？碳費和碳稅又有什麼不同？一次帶你看懂減碳關鍵字： ＃淨零碳排 ＃碳稅 ＃碳權 ＃白話科技明年起，企業都要開始繳碳費了！但你知道碳費、碳權、碳稅三者的差異是什麼嗎？ 台灣因應國際淨零排放的需求，也吹起了「碳風潮」。不過，相關名詞傾巢而出讓人眼花撩亂，如果用最簡單的方式給碳權、碳費、碳稅3個名詞一個快速上手的記憶方式，分別是： 你能排多少碳（碳權） 、 排多少碳就要收多少錢（碳費） ，以及台灣目前沒有的 碳稅 。 碳費：排多少碳就要收多少錢 碳費（carbon fee）： 企業製造多少碳排放，就要繳交相對的費用給環境部。碳費是國際上常用的碳定價工具，指的是針對二氧化碳等溫室氣體向排放者徵收費用。碳費收費辦法 根據《氣候變遷因應法》規定，台灣環境部公告的碳費徵收3項子法「碳費收費辦法」、「自主減量計畫管理辦法」及「碳費徵收對象溫室氣體減量指定目標」。台灣將在2025年1月1日正式收取碳費，明年起，企業未來需要在每年5月底前，依前一年1月1日至12月31日的溫室氣體排放量申報繳費。 碳費徵收對象 第一波被徵收碳費的對象以年排放量2.5萬噸以上的排碳大戶為主，例如電力業、燃氣供應業及製造業。 碳費費率審議會預估將於9月9日再度召開審議會。碳費費率訂定與徵收時程，預計今年10月底完成費率審議，明年元旦費率公告生效，明年5月試申報碳費（但不用繳費），也就是說這些排碳大戶要到2026年5月才需要第一次繳交碳費（繳交2025年排放量碳費），依前一年1月1日至12月31日的溫室氣體排放量申報。 碳費計算 碳費＝收費排放量（超過2.5萬噸的部分）x 徵收費率（費率尚未公布）。 而台灣採用碳費制度，由環保署徵收，未來碳費收入將採「專款專用」，應用在溫室氣體減量相關工作、發展低碳與負排放技術及產業、補助及獎勵投資溫室氣體減量技術等。 加入綠能環保的一員！ 貨運物流安裝Greentech降低油耗支出與碳稅～
